Such a welcoming salon! I’m always made to feel completely comfortable and staff go above and beyond to help. I had a gorgeous facial and the products were lovely. I keep going back for my nails too; the team are so helpful at suggesting colours when I can’t decide and they greet me warmly every time. Highly recommend!

Myleigh did a lovely neat pedicure which wasn't rushed and very thorough. Her massage of my feet and legs was firm and felt lovely. She took time over my nails and cuticles which now look beautiful. Thank you Myleigh!

Always the best experience at Elegant Touch Beauty and can honestly say it deserves every one of its five stars! Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They handled everything efficiently and professionally and truly set the tone for a relaxing visit. My treatments were carried out by Sienna a highly skilled and knowledgeable therapist. During my mani and pedi, she was meticulous and precise, got the shape and style exactly how I wanted. I can’t not mention the fantastic setting for these treatments too. Sienna took the time to understand my skin before starting my facial and tailored the products and techniques to me, which really showed her expertise and passion for what she does. My favourite treatment the massage was impressive, deeply relaxing, therapeutic and I think she has magic hands. I do have to say this ended with the worst part of my visit - hearing those 6 words, “that’s the end of your massage” no one wants to hear that do they 😂 Overall, the entire experience felt luxurious, professional, and genuinely caring. Outstanding customer service, beautiful setting, friendly reception staff, and an expert therapist make this salon truly stand out.

As someone who has a manual job and continues to play sport at nearly 40, I do suffer with tightness. Especially in my back and shoulders. I spoke to Anna (fabulous knowledge and wonderful customer service) who recommended a deep tissue massage with Amber. What a massage! Amber was down to earth, put me at ease since it was my first time at the salon, and just asked me what I wanted out of the massage. I know I needed a firm touch as my knots in my back were bad. She duly obliged and I must say I haven’t experienced a massage like it. Immediately she found my affected areas and focused on them. I will say I left feeling sore but also floating on a cloud as the relief on my back was immense. It’s the best massage I’ve ever received and Amber was fantastic. For anyone who suffers with tight muscles and sore areas, I’d thoroughly recommend Amber for her professionalism and technique. Thanks to Anna for her customer service, and to all at Elegant Touch. The place is immaculate, everyone has a smile on their face and I will definitely be coming back soon. Keep up the excellent work team!

I had the most amazing Hydro facial at Elegant Touch Beauty last week with Sophia. I have been many times for a variety of treatments quite recently a massage with Rosie and I can’t recommend the salon enough.The staff are all wonderful, knowledgable and give great care from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It’s the most beautiful salon and setting to have a relaxing treatment. My skin felt the best it has in a long time following the facial so I 100% recommend that treatment and will be going back for more. My daughter also had some treatments with Sienna who took great care with her and she left most happy. The salon really is wonderful and Anna has the best team working for her.
